18T - Deepest teeth, slowest engagement, least amount of maintenance, suitable for powerful riders.

36T - Happy medium, doubles the engagement points.

Pillar PSR X-TRA 1420 - An inexpensive bladed spoke, great for road and cyclocross riding.
Pillar Wing 20 - Pillar patented highest level of aerodynamic bladed spoke reducing potential weak spots and twisting during tensioning. Currently, they are offered in oil slick color only with increased wear and corrosion resistance.

Center Channel Hole This is a required option.

With Access Holes: This is the traditional method. Spoke access holes are drilled in the center channel to allow the nipples to easily be fed through the rim. Tubeless tape is required to seal the rim.

No Access Holes: No spoke access holes are drilled in the center channel. Feeding the nipples through the rim is more challenging, but it allows for a tubeless setup without the need for tape. This kind of system is known as "road tubeless" and was made popular by Mavic. Some companies still refer to it as "UST style", however, UST is actually a specific interface between the tire and rim which was developed by a partnership between Mavic, Michelin, and Hutchinson.

Currently, rims with 'No Access Holes' do not work with our carbon spokes.

Drain Hole This is a required option.

The two small drain holes located 90° to the valve hole effectively help evacuate both the water trapped inside the rim and the air leaking into the rim chamber caused by nonperfect tubeless tape sealing handwork that may risk rim explosure in an aggressive tire inflating.

It is the small reinforced layer prelaminated on the area where the drain hole is drilled later that makes the rim strength fairly ensured without any compromise of weight added.

Riders who ride in wet areas are suggested to order rims with drain holes.

Road rims use super light waterslide decals (matte colors). The decal is very thin and applied under a clearcoat so they are non-removeable.

We use a lightweight black alloy anodized valves with an oversized concave collar for easy gripping. A rubber o-ring goes in between the rim and the collar to help seal the rim and match the contour of the rim profile. The valve core is removable so you can add sealant without removing your tire.

For Pro Series Rims: From the date of purchase, 5-year Pro Warranty as standard and an upgraded optional lifetime Premium Warranty with minimum charge.

Crash Replacement: It is applicable with the same period as the warranty time range that you purchased for the rims with 10% /25% discount for Non-Pro series /Pro series.

Hi guys, A couple of questions for you- -Are those (FALCON WHEELSET R65 DISC ) UCI approved? - What is the really world rider weight limit on those?...im about 95-100kg, would that be a risk for me? thank you!

Hi Lightbicycle. In general, would be possible for you to supply wheels with internal nipples? In particular, regarding the R65, would it be possible to supply them with Flyweight tech and Falcon Pro Series warranty policy? What would be the price and the approximate weight? I know that you have the WR65 but 32mm is too wide for what I am looking for. Best,

Hi Alex, Hi Alex, Thanks for reaching out! 1. Yes, we can make internal nipples for the rim if you want. It's not listed online, but I can send you the order via email later. 2. I am sorry the R65 700C bike rim warranty is 3 years because it's from the non-pro series. 3. We do have a lighter version of the R65 rim. I would like to know your weight and riding style to be sure if it's a good fit for you. The flyweight rim will be 480g+/-15. There will be USD10 added to the price. 4. We do have a non-pro-wide rim with 65mm depth. The WR65, 32mm wide/65mm deep. Thanks, Lightbicycle
